On March the 6th all purchases $2,000.00 or less, consisting of tangible personal property for personal use are tax free. And in Manchester that includes the 1% optional tax as well. So, if you are thinking about any remodeling or sprucing up involving lighting, March 6th is the day to shop at The Lighting Place. The Lighting Place is a family owned business focusing on 18th and 19th century reproduction chandeliers, sconces and exterior lights. Antler chandeliers, lamps, sconces and mirrors are handcrafted for us by local artisans. We even create lamps from your treasures.
